We are committed to ensuring total satisfaction for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the possibility to return your products under the following conditions.
Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a damaged product or one with a manufacturing defect, please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order. To process your request, please provide photographic or other documentary evidence of the defect.
If the defect is confirmed and is not due to shipping, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Reshipment of the defective product: We will send you a new product that matches your order.
Refund: If reshipment is not possible, we will provide a full refund for the defective product.
Returns for Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (other than a defective product), you have 14 days from the date of receipt to inform us of your intention to return the product. You must notify us within this period and return the products in their original condition.
Products may be opened so that you can assess their condition, but they must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs, including any shipping fees, are at your expense.
Order Cancellation
If you have purchased a standard product and wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you may contact us within 14 days of placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged after receipt, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Additionally, returns or refunds will not be accepted if dissatisfaction is related to the perception of colors or the quality of the image on the product, as this may vary depending on the screens and settings of individual users.
Liability
The remedies described above are the only available options for defective or unsatisfactory products. We exclude any other liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
